In one hour we build real systems with you — SOPs, schedules, marketing, databases, the scanning systems and software that hand you back hours every week. Your files run through your own Dropbox; your information goes right back to you. We keep the system; your information stays yours. Sessions are recorded (that's the condition) so we can share the wins — you control what's shown and can have sensitive items redacted.

Agreement & consent — required

Read the agreement, then check each box. All are required to apply.

1. The session is recorded

The full session — audio, video, and on-screen content — will be recorded.

2. Recording & likeness release

You grant Value to Victory an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, edit, and publish the recording — including your name, voice, likeness, statements, and the business shown — in any media (social, advertising, web, courses, educational), without further approval or compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished use, except where prohibited by law.

3. You control what is shown

You decide what to bring and show, and warrant you have the right to use it. You will not display third parties' confidential information or personal data you aren't authorized to share. Before we publish any clip, you may request that specific sensitive on-screen items be blurred or removed; we'll honor reasonable redaction requests.

4. You keep what we build; we keep the system

Everything built during the session is yours to keep. We separately retain the underlying system, method, and templates to serve others — but we do not keep your information: your files run through your own Dropbox, and your information goes back to you, not into our systems.

5. No guarantees; not professional advice

Results are estimates, not guarantees. This is a build/coaching service — not legal, financial, tax, or appraisal advice.

6. Fee

$300, due at booking; non-refundable once the session begins. Virginia law governs.

I agree my session will be recorded (audio, video, and screen).

I grant the recording & likeness release (§2 above) for VtV's marketing and content use.

I'm responsible for what I show, and I won't expose others' confidential data; I can request redaction.

I understand I keep everything we build; VtV keeps the de-identified system, not my information.

I agree to the $300 fee and the terms above (estimates, not guarantees; not professional advice).
